1. Follow Kieran / Mount your horse / Follow John
Go and get on your horse. Kieran will ride with John on his horse. Follow them. During the trip, Bill will inform you that he has put throwing knives in your saddle bag.
After some time you will arrive near the O'Driscolls' hideout and get off your horses to sneak quietly into the camp. Don't forget to take the throwing knives and/or a bow from your saddlebag.

2. Follow Kieran
Follow Kieran, the camp is on the other side of the hill. When you go up the hill, you crouch in order not to be noticed.

After a while, a patrol of three O'Driscols will appear nearby. One of them will separate from the others in order to take a pee. The other two will stop a little bit further. All will be turned their backs on you.
3. Take out the O'Driscolls
To earn the gold medal, you should kill the first four O'Driscolls quietly, using bow or throwing knives, preferably aiming at their heads to score headshots at the same time.
Stay crouched and approach the peeing O'Driscoll slowly from behind. Use the throwing knives or a bow to kill him silently. (1st silent kill)
Bill will advance with you towards the next two O'Driscolls who are standing together a bit further. Take the lead. Aim for the head of one of them and shoot an arrow or throw a knife. Bill's gonna take care of the other one. (2nd silent kill)
The next target should be a man sitting on a tree trunk. (3rd silent kill)
Go to the left side of the camp. There you will find another O'Driscoll who sits alone on a crate. (4th silent kill).
Try to quietly kill as many other O'Driscolls as possible. When you are detected, a regural shooting will start. Remember to aim for the heads. At some point there will be a few additional bandits coming from the south side.
4. Search the cabin
When you try to get into the cabin, you'll be ambushed by the last O'Driscoll who was hiding inside.
Fortunately, Kieran will shoot him at the last moment and save you from death.
Sadly it turns out that Colm O'Driscoll is not in the camp, which initially made Arthur angry. But after a while he will calm down, and Kieran, for saving his life, will be accepted into your gang. Kieran will tell you about the money that should be hidden in the cabin.
Search the cabin for anything useful that you can take. For example there are three money clips on the table, some ammunition on the shelves, etc. There's also a double-barreled shotgun above the fireplace.
If you have another gun with you, go outside the cabin, whistle to call your horse and put this gun in the saddlebag. Then you can take the shotgun without dropping your current weapon.
Maintain the Double-Barreled Shotgun / Clean the Double-Barreled Shotgun
The gun is dirty and you should take care of it and clean it. Cleaning weapons with gun oil will improve their condition and performance.
5. Search the chimney
Once you search the chimney and grab the money hidden inside (your cut will be $100), the mission will be completed.
